Molly, I really like your Credo and creative VT. Its beauty is in its simplicity. I think it speaks to who you are (as I see you), but does so in a way that it will be relatively easy for you to remember it without refering to it in its written form. This is key as you get older and revise and update it. Be sure to do this. Your Goleman quote is quite underwritten. It really does not capture any of the information we discussed in class (the five elements of EI which were introduced), nor does it speak to the balance between intellect and emotional intelligence. Work in upcoming posts to dig a bit more deeply to explore some of the concepts and their connection to you and/or the groups with whom you work. The Myers Briggs post is still missing, so let's get that one going!
