I am considering interview my Aunt Angela. She is a profound leader in the Jewish community and also at Stevens Transport, an incorporation her father started 30 years ago. She has done so much for the Jewish federation and JCC along with the family business and I admire that about her.
Molly, you have done some good work with these posts and have also added value in our class discussions thus far. Of particular strength here is your analysis of the K & P quote. You honed in some key words and analyzed them real; I agree that desire and persistence are essential for the leader: you have to want to enter the fray and serve, then you have to stick with it despite challenge and set back.
